A community for people living with lupus

No one should face lupus alone.

Lupus is a disease few people understand. We do. Here you can read the journeys of people who walk in these shoes, find a Lupus Buddy who will stand beside you, and get the kind of help that goes beyond the prescription pad.

Warrior Stories

Stories from people who walk in these shoes.

Every journey here is told the way it was lived: the diagnosis nobody asked for, the nights in the hospital, the promises made through tears, and the woman or man who stands in the mirror today. Read them chapter by chapter. Then add yours.

The Lupus Buddy Program

A warrior by your side for the whole fight.

Nikkii's mission became to be the person she didn't have: someone who listens without judgment, who understands, and who doesn't expect you to be strong every moment of every day. A Lupus Buddy is that person, matched to you.

  • Weekly check-ins by text, call, or coffee. Flare days included.
  • Appointment prep so you walk in with your questions written down.
  • A journal to start with, because sometimes writing is the first step toward your voice.
  • Trained, screened warriors who share experience, never medical advice.
